Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual (French/English) HR Integration Manager to join our team in Toronto, Winnipeg, or Laval.

Reporting to the Director, Change Management Office, the HR Integration Manager will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, developing, executing, and reporting all aspects of HR during the due diligence, onboarding,
and integration of new and legacy practices into People Corporation.
Success in this role will require the HR Integration Manager to roll up their sleeves to co-ordinate and implement best in class HR solutions and collaborate with other workstreams, including Payroll, Benefits, HR, Talent Acquisition, and the Integration Team. The ideal candidate understands the end-to-end human resources lifecycle, has strong customer experience skills, and has experience working within a fast-paced M&A; and/or Integration environment.
The HR Integration Manager will:
- Develop the HR onboarding procedures and project plans for acquisitions of the organization in alignment with overall People Corporation People strategy and business objectives.
- Deliver all aspects of HR during acquisition onboarding such as Day 1 readiness, post-closure integration activities, and transitioning a new organization into People Corporation’s People delivery model.
- Manage HR due diligence and integration planning by coordinating activities with the HR Function to support new organizations through consecutive and concurrent acquisitions, ensuring timely completion.
- Make recommendations for job mapping, benefit comparison, payroll/compensation mapping, employment legislation/compliance assessment, policy review, etc. in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Identify potential issues, communicate them effectively, and seek to provide appropriate solutions.
- Deliver change management programs (as defined by the Change Management Office) within associated timelines designed to facilitate smooth transition into People Corporation
- Collaborate with leadership to execute acquisitions and ensure alignment of the organization’s HR agenda with the overall People Corporation People delivery model.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management by focusing on deliverables and client business priorities, managing expectations of service, understanding the client’s industry, and recognizing key performance drivers and business trends.
- Drive consistent delivery of HR policies and practices across assigned organizations and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations pertaining to Human Resources.
- Drive continuous HR process improvement, including assessing, evaluating, and recommending HR models, tools, and technologies that standardize, automate, and optimize HR Integration processes.
- Work in partnership with People function HRBPs and Centres of Expertise to enable successful people outcomes.

All-star candidates will have:
- 5+ years of Human Resources advisor experience working in a high growth environment.
- 3+ years working within M&A;/Integration environment
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- Experience in several HR areas: HR Operations/Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, Total Rewards, Organizational Design, etc.
- Previous experience in integration and/or large-scale transformation programs
- CPHR in progress considered an asset.
- Ability and flexibility to travel.
