Reporting to: General Manager
Location: Lancaster McDonald’sKey Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the restaurant operation, maintaining high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Support the General Manager in managing financial performance by controlling costs, building sales, and overall profitability.
- Help coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations,
ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the leadership team in inspiring the team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
- Assist with staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and development to ensure team efficiency and growth.
- Address guest complaints and help resolve issues to maintain the brand's reputation.Qualifications:- Experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or retail sector, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a knack for managing tasks and producing reports.
- Strong skills in crew management, scheduling, and basic employee training.
- Ability to assist with cost management, including inventory control and resource allocation.
- Motivated, diligent individual keen on advancing service delivery and meeting business objectives.
- Solid interpersonal skills with a focus on staff support and operational assistance.Offer:
