Layered Charm at Chinook Centre is seeking a full-time, experienced Retail Sales Associate to be part of our vibrant team!

What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll be:
- Engaging with customers to help them discover jewelry that fits their personal story and style.
- Driving sales through excellent service and by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Maintaining a beautifully polished and organized kiosk that invites customers in.
- Keeping inventory accurate and ensuring our displays are always attractive and well-stocked.
- Collaborating with management and supporting team members to create a positive and efficient working environment.
Who You Are
You’re someone who:
- Consistently goes above and beyond in achieving sales targets.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has a sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to visual merchandising.
- Is always looking for ways to improve processes and boost sales.
- Enjoys building relationships with customers and delivering a memorable shopping experience.
- Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and can adapt to changing customer needs.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a mall setting.
- Experience with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) to connect with customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational abilities, including inventory management and maintaining kiosk cleanliness.
- A keen eye for detail,
ensuring jewelry displays are polished and appealing.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand your entire shifts.
