Full job description

Job Summary
As Product Manager your responsibilities will include increasing the profitability and awareness of existing products as well as developing new products for the company by building products from existing ideas and helping to create new ideas based upon your industry experience and contact with customers and prospects.

In the longer term, the position could evolve into a Corporate Product Manager with support from other intra-company organizations.

The position will also work with the Marketing Department doing in-depth studies of the competition, determining the strengths and weaknesses of the company's products and finding new uses for it or creating additional products to increase sales and profit margins.

To be a successful candidate for this role you must demonstrate:

- The ability to be a self starter.
- The ability to manage product development.
- Initiative and imagination for new product development.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to conduct market analysis.
- Good working knowledge of social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written (electronically).
- Ability to write clear market-driven product requirement reports.
- Ability to provide concise product specifications for technical and promotional purposes.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 45%.
