Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, organizing workflow, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. The Warehouse Supervisor will monitor stock levels, oversee the loading and unloading of goods, and coordinate with other departments to meet production and delivery deadlines.
The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in warehouse management systems, Excel, and inventory tracking software, to manage inventory records,
generate operational reports, and conduct data analysis for continuous process improvement. Additionally, the role requires a commitment to upholding safety standards, training staff on best practices, and addressing any challenges that arise on the warehouse floor. Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and prior supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment are essential.
