Description du poste :
The AVP, Financial Risk Management, Business Management reports to the TDBG EVP, Financial Risk Management.
Individual Accountabilities:
- Develop, communicate and implement a holistic strategy for Financial Risk Management, globally in support of and integrated with the overall business strategy
- Oversee / lead / manage and plan work activities that may require alignment across multiple areas
- Lead the team in the development and/or integrated implementation of policies / processes / procedures / changes across multiple functional areas
- Act as a strategic partner by leading relationships with key enterprise partners and interfacing with respective leadership team
- Own FTE management - identify themes and insights to address, including oversight of vacancy rates/root cause analysis
- Support the EVP with Financial Risk Management presentations to the ERMC and RCoB
- Ensure an integrated view of all related activities across the overall function providing escalations, recommendations, and decision support
- Forecast programs / initiatives and demand, coordinating prioritization of the portfolio with key stakeholders
- Provide functional / business level communications to ensure consistent messages to stakeholders
- Develop business and performance reporting, analytics & insights
- Identify issues requiring research or analysis, determine solutions and undertake follow-up
- Provide thought leadership, define and enable the execution of innovation opportunities
- Build positive relationships with management teams within the FRM Group and business partners
- Lead development & execution of key employee experience enhancing initiatives
- Ensure business operations comply with internal and external requirements
- Provide support to the Leadership Team on leading key initiatives
- Organize and support team wide events such as town halls, business meetings, recognition events, etc.
- Manage, analyze and draw insights from data to inform priorities and initiatives
- Provide an overview of key management information, discussions and business issues prior to meetings
