Executive Director Opportunity We are seeking a visionary leader to co-lead Canada's largest professional theatre for young audiences. As Executive Director, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Artistic Director to inspire and promote a collaborative theatre spirit amongst staff, volunteers, and the artistic community.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Artistic Director to develop and implement strategic plans for the theatre's growth and development.
Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to achieve the theatre's goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, sponsors, and community partners.
Oversee the theatre's finances,





including budgeting, fundraising, and financial reporting.
Ensure the theatre's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role.
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge of the Canadian arts and cultural sector.
