Business Analyst On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, Procom is looking for a Business Analyst
Business Analyst – Job Description
- As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our Equity Derivatives, Interest Rate, and Credit Derivatives Operations team
- This is an excellent opportunity to work on an important project for the bank, collaborating with a dynamic group of professionals to drive efficiency, improve client service levels, and reduce risk
- In this role, you will be heavily involved in strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, business development, and operational improvements
- You will focus on support functions for three distinct business lines,
including the review and approval of all derivative confirmations and the management of non-standard derivative language
Business Analyst
- 1 - 2 years of business analysis experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- 1 - 2 years of testing experience, particularly in user acceptance testing
- 1 year of capital market experience
- Excellent understanding of derivatives products and markets
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle day-to-day confirmation and related exception management processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
Business Analyst – Preferred Skills
- Experience with front office equity derivative and interest rate derivatives
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience in leading and/or supervising team members
- Some software development experience with Python, VBA, or Java
- Strong organizational skills with flexibility to support global businesses across different time zones
