Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strong leadership and action a high-performing team of experienced media professionals in National sale
- Advance future talent by leading and coaching a team
- Network, develop and maintain advertising agency and direct client contacts
- Create and sell strategic sales proposals with appropriate research, first party data, marketing,
and multi-platform properties, for Bell Media's industry leading assets
- Work effectively with internal collaborators, including: Traffic, Revenue Management, Brand Partnerships
- Strategic Insights, Programming, Client Strategy and Finance
- Participate in industry and community activities related to the position
Critical Qualifications
- Personnel management experience
- Selling experience in National Sales
- A highly developed client service focus and proven ability with the National advertising community
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Practical technical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and ability to learn new emerging platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Experience working at Bell Media
