We are looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Chef de Cuisine to help lead our kitchen team at our location in Vaughan - 898 Portage Parkway (near subway line).
Candidates must have a passion for Italian cuisine, seasonality, and great products while also being able to understand and manage team building, leadership, food costs, budgets, and help run an efficient labor cost.

Requirements:
- Knowledge and love of Italian Cuisine
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Able to execute detailed dishes with high cover counts
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft, and other platforms
- Diploma from a Culinary school is an asset






- Excellent social and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef team
- High attention to detail
- Valid Canadian Work Permit and Social Insurance Number (SIN) required
