Jaide Health is building an AI-driven platform for real-time, healthcare-specific, foreign language interpretation and translation. Founded by techy clinicians, we are a team of passionate professionals dedicated to creating cutting-edge solutions that improve health outcomes and eliminate language access as a barrier to healthcare.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be hands-on building our core product. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products provide an exceptional user experience. Your contributions will directly impact the healthcare experience of our users, ranging from patients to medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on user experience and performance.
Implement responsive and accessible UIs using modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Collaborate with backend developers to design and consume APIs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and industry standards.






Troubleshoot and debug applications, optimizing performance and resolving issues.
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and trends, continuously improving our products and processes.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful features.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 5-10 years industry experience in software engineering.
Proficient in full-stack development, including at least 3 years experience with Python.
Experience with git, branching, merging, and pull requests, using GitHub or any other collaborative git solution.
Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL)





and web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx).
Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating frontend with backend services.
Preferred: Experience in a healthcare technology environment, with an understanding of healthcare data and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
Experience with EHR/EMR integrations.
Experience with real-time web application development using websockets.
Knowledge of DevOps, continuous integration, and deployment strategies.
Linguist or foreign language experience.
