Senior SharePoint Administrator to support a Defense SharePoint environment including the design of new forms and workflows with Nintex
Our valued Defence client is seeking a Senior SharePoint Administrator to support a Defense SharePoint environment including the design of new forms and workflows with Nintex.
An initial 10-month contract. Part-time (24 hours per week), on-site in Ottawa, ON.
As the successful candidate, you will support the management of the Defence Solutions SharePoint environment (user base of approximately 1100 employees). You will also provide training to users of SharePoint and support new sites brought onto SAP.
Responsibilities:
1.
Site administration of the SharePoint Site including supporting Help Desk requests when assigned.
2. Lead any major SharePoint Migration Projects.
3. Identify opportunities for process improvement and design of new forms and workflows.
4. Report any cost savings realized by the process improvements within SharePoint.
5. Provide backup support for Corporate SharePoint environment as needed.
6. Provide training and guidance for users as well as additional training for Power Users.
7. Understand systems and business processes related to the products in the assigned portfolio.
8. Support the administration of projects within SharePoint.
9. Coordinate monthly project reviews for the team as required.
10. Provide any Ad Hoc financial reporting as requested.
Must-have Skills:
1. 5+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Administrator (or similar role) with preferably version 2019+.
2. 2+ years’ experience with Nintex for workflow design and automation with preferably version 2019+.
3.
Experience working with stakeholders to build use cases and leverage SharePoint capabilities.
4. Understanding of project management and project control procedures.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
1. Experience within electronic manufacturing or Defence manufacturing environment.
2. Experience with SAP ECC.
3. Proven expertise with project control and project management principles.
