About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kaplan International,
you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract the best talent to support our mission. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at identifying, engaging, and securing top candidates for various positions within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process,
ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruitment metrics.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to attract diverse talent and promote Kaplan International as an employer of choice.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to enhance our talent pipeline.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Kaplan International’s values and culture to potential candidates.
- Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives as needed,
contributing to the overall success of the HR team.
Requirements:
- A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to help others find their ideal roles.
- Experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome entry-level candidates as well as seasoned professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A dedicated and adaptable personality, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
