JOB DESCRIPTION:
As part of our ongoing M365 program,
Digital Health is in the process of migrating existing SharePoint 2013 Teamsites to SharePoint Online. By October 2024, most of the Teamsites have already been migrated and approximately 176 sites remain that still require migration to SharePoint Online. There is an urgent need for this migration given SharePoint 2013 reached end-of-life and is no longer supported by Microsoft. Client is looking for external consultants to complete the remainder of Teamsite migration work. The deadline for completion is March 31, 2025.
The responsibilities of the external consultant system analyst will be to:
1. Review the existing process and documentation to familiarize themselves with required tasks, activities and technical considerations with the team lead.
2. Provide input into site migration prioritizations (sprints) for team lead.
3. Independently perform mass site migrations, including modifying and running scripts to execute the migration process, as outlined in the process flowchart (S.i.
Systems will provide to shortlisted consultants).
4. Communicate with team lead on progress, challenges encountered and escalation of issues.
5. Participate in weekly sprint planning and review meetings.
6. Provide ongoing support and collaboration with team lead.
