THE POSITION

Working in our Club Division and reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, we are seeking an ambitious, action oriented individual to join our Sales Team as a Director of Sales.

Job Responsibilities:







- Continue growth of the Jonas Club products to increase market share and profitable sales within the Club industry
- Develop and maintain working relationships with the assigned territory's customer base through interpersonal savvy
- Seek to enrich opportunities with existing clients
- Aggressively promote and market the Jonas brand to current clients
- Work constructively with marketing team on strategic campaigns
- Accurately track and report back to Jonas Corporate on sales opportunities with existing clients
- Meet agreed upon target sales levels set with Jonas Corporate
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our clients’ needs, industry trends and competition
- Learn and stay current on the operation of all Jonas products and technologies






- Coordinate and deliver sales demonstrations

QUALIFICATIONS

- Customer focused, approachable, and has perseverance to succeed
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as soft skills are a must
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience with Club software applications is an asset but not required
- Software Sales experience
- Self-motivated with a drive for result
