THE POSITION

Working in our Club Division and reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing,





the Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive brand positioning, lead generation, and product growth. The successful candidate will oversee the entire spectrum of marketing activities, including digital marketing, communications, event coordination, lead generation, business development, and team leadership, with a focus on maximizing productivity and meeting business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute long- and short-term marketing plans to drive the strategic positioning, branding, and growth of the Club Division’s products and services, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

- Oversee the creation of marketing communication materials, including newsletters, sales collateral, web content, and digital campaigns (SEO, social media, email) to ensure alignment with business objectives

- Design and implement lead generation strategies and targeted advertising campaigns tailored to key seasons, products, and customer segments to drive high-quality leads for the sales team.







- Provide leadership and direction to the business development team, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and overall business goals.

- Implement a disciplined process for qualifying leads generated through inbound marketing, maintaining high standards for CRM hygiene, and ensuring timely follow-ups that meet customer expectations for speed and precision

- Plan and coordinate trade shows, user groups, and customer appreciation events to support brand visibility and engagement with key stakeholders.

- Manage and mentor marketing personnel, ensuring alignment with departmental goals, and assist with Salesforce database management. Provide development opportunities for team growth.

- Assess, acquire,





and implement a cutting-edge tech stack, including AI-powered tools, to enhance marketing and sales productivity, streamline processes, and deliver faster, more personalized customer experiences

- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to gather market insights and adjust marketing strategies based on evolving customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.

- Ensure all marketing activities are delivered within budget, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.

- Proven ability to develop and execute growth-driven marketing strategies.

- Expertise in digital marketing,





including SEO, social media, and email automation.

- Experience with the latest sales and marketing tech stack, including AI-powered tools.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience leading marketing and business development teams.

- Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience in the Club industry is an asset but not .

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
