L'équipe Financement d'équipement TD (FETD) est un Centre d'excellence au sein des Services bancaires commerciaux spécialisés de la TD.
Son mandat consiste à structurer le financement d'équipement (crédits-bails et prêts) pour les clients d'affaires actuels et potentiels de sorte qu'il puisse leur être proposé comme solution aux autres sources de financement bancaire traditionnelles.
Le groupe de financement d'équipement TD est à la recherche de personnes intéressées à entamer une carrière dans le domaine du financement d'équipement commercial.
En tant que directeur de comptes, vous travaillerez en partenariat avec un Gestionnaire de comptes en développement d'affaires.
Vous êtes un titulaire d'un diplôme de premier cycle ou vous travaillez en vue d'obtenir un diplôme de premier cycle en finance/comptabilité ou vous avez de l'expérience dans le secteur bancaire.
En tant que Directeur de comptes, vous appliquerez vos compétences dans un environnement collaboratif et axé sur l'équipe.
Vous aiderez le Gestionnaire de comptes à mettre en œuvre des programmes de soutien et de sollicitation en matière de marketing, tels que les appels ciblés, la prospection et la participation à des événements clients, ainsi qu'à l'exécution des stratégies de vente et l'analyse de crédit.
Vous développerez des compétences en gestion des relations en aidant les clients à élaborer leurs plans d'affaires et en proposant des solutions financières personnalisées qui répondent aux besoins de leurs activités individuelles.
Dans votre travail quotidien, vous vous tiendrez au courant de l'évolution de la compétition, des tendances environnementales du marché, des tendances économiques essentielles dans le secteur du financement d'équipement.
Compétences et formations recherchées: Baccalauréat en commerce, finance, comptabilité ou dans le domaine des affaires;
Deux ans d'expérience pertinente ou plus dans le secteur financier ou du financement d'équipement;
Expérience pertinente en ventes ou en gestion des relations avec la clientèle;
Capacité démontrée à exceller dans un milieu de travail dynamique, collaboratif et axé sur le travail d'équipe;
Démontrer sa détermination à être axé sur la clientèle en offrant un service exceptionnel lors de chaque interaction avec les clients pour optimiser la fidélisation et la croissance;
Une solide capacité à élaborer une stratégie de développement des affaires;
Posséder un grand esprit d'initiative et démontrer une grande capacité à établir des relations;
Excellentes capacités d'analyse
Excellentes compétences en administration et sens de l'organisation exceptionnel;
Une solide capacité de communiquer en Français et en Anglais
