About the role: At OSL we're excited to announce that we have partnered with aGlobal Leader in Vapingand are looking to recruit a Sales Associate in Edmonton, Alberta.
You're passionate, driven,
and excited about working for one of the world's most popular vape brands.
Location of role: West Edmonton Mall - 90 day contract/Part Time
A day in the life of a Sales Associate: Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate will generate sales by identifying and meeting customer needs
Delivers excellent customer service that ensures sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
Interacts with customers in a mindful manner
Supports Store Manager on sales, reporting, tracking, and store merchandising
Maintains store displays and merchandise
Executes various store opening and closing tasks
Complies with all health and safety standards and procedures, as well as with the establishment's rules and regulations
Stays up to date on product features through training
Good thing you have what it takes: 2 years of retail or customer service experience is an asset
Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to work with others
Detail-oriented results-focused problem solver with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong customer service orientation
Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, holidays, evenings and weekend periods, based on retail business needs as they arise
