Primary Purpose: Under direct supervision from the Operations Manager and Depot Supervisor, this position is responsible for:
Ensuring the timely transportation of environmental samples from North York to Kingston
Supporting the Collection and delivery of environmental samples for Eurofins clients within the GTA area
Supporting the Depot operations to receive samples, log in, field client calls and take deliveries
Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Working closely with the Depot supervisor and GTA driver to transport samples from North York (Depot)
To Kingston (Depot)
6 hour shift - leaving North York at 19: and driving to Kingston to return to North York around 01:00
Closing Depot and checking sample locker submissions
Must hold current clean Ontario driving license
Good understanding of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, Power
Point,etc.)
Able to lift 40lb coolers
Good communication skills, work effectively and efficiently
Knowledge of environmental samples considered an asset
Self-starter, ambitious and energetic
Lab experience considered an asset
