What to Expect: As a key contributor to the Specialty Vitamins, Minerals and Health Supplements (SVMHS)





Business within Nestle Health Science, this role inspires cross-functional collaboration and partnership to drive go-to-market strategies that support the delivery of the sales targets and meet the evolving needs of our customer.

The role also drives disciplined and consistent analyses and gathers field insights to help make decisions and understand impact at all levels of the organization.
A day in the life: Annual Planning and Strategy Enablement
Accountable for leading the development and implementation of the annual Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) and ensuring that strategies are incorporated into sales-specific plans that align with consumer, category/channel and articulated customer opportunities to create a competitive advantage to drive profitable growth.

Responsible for understanding the sales team's performance and development needs as it relates to the ICP and participates in the development and deployment of sales-focused learning sessions at the Annual Business Kick Off (BKO)





Meeting.

Acts as a commercial consultant to the Marketing, Education and Sales Force Excellence Teams to ensure strategies and activities drive outcomes connected to commercial objectives.

Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of commercial strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Leads activation and communication plans with marketing, sales and customers
Identifies commercial growth opportunities and provides insights and recommendations to the Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Enablement, SVMHS Director of Sales, Marketing Team and/or Sales Managers for purposes of priority setting and initiative development.

Revenue Management






Drives comprehensive input to Building Blocks directly from Marketing and Sales Managers
Consistently pressure tests strategies and activities to ensure that they are executable and drive financial impact.

Leverages knowledge of ICP activities, related targets, market environment and sales focus targets to provide monthly tracking and input to SVMHS commercial financial call.

Leads target setting process for Sales Incentive Plans
Recommends optimal trade spend allocation to meet business objectives
Role Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales strategy, data analysis, and relationship management
Experience or understanding of the natural healthcare industry, nutrition, pharma, or CPG industry is an asset.

Post Secondary education with a focus on sales, marketing,





business or finance.

Proven ability to identify and define business questions and issues, use deductive reasoning, identify gaps in logic, synthesize information from multiple sources, conduct analyses, formulate actionable recommendations and communicate a point of view to sales management and cross functional business partners
Effective communication and strong leadership skills are required to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office - Excel to conduct analyses and determine forecasts and Power

Point for internal presentations
Power BI and Salesforce experience is an asset

Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull key insights from various sources across the organization
Proficient project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
