Job Description :
As a intermediate UAT Coordinator, you will be a member of the Customer Relationship Management team.
You will act as a technology needs expert, working in collaboration with IT teams.
You will ensure strict follow-ups on delivered user stories and perform validations to ensure that developments meet the requirements.
Additionally, you will contribute to the identification of user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business and IT teams.
Responsibilities :
- Write and execute UAT, non-regression, and integration tests for developments.
- Develop test plans, report bugs, and track issues.
- Review user stories to prioritize them and ensure appropriate test coverage to minimize bugs.
- Organize and continuously update the regression model to reflect changes in requirements.
- Monitor productivity and ensure that objectives and deadlines are met.
- Liaise with the team to coordinate testing efforts and transfer required information.
- Coordinate tests during production delivery.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a UAT Coordinator.
- Proficiency in French required.
- Experience in UAT testing and / or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Familiarity with DevOps or JIRA.
- Experience with software packages, cloud computing.
- On-site work two days per week in downtown Montreal
