Ce poste sera chargé de générer de nouvelles ventes nettes de solutions intégrées dans nos portefeuilles de services de gestion des dossiers, de solutions numériques, de gestion de l'information, de gouvernance de l'information et de gestion des données.

L'accent sera principalement mis sur la vente de nouveaux revenus nets dans un mélange de comptes attribués existants et de nouveaux clients, par le biais de la prospection (en externe), du réseautage (en interne et en tirant parti du canal de vente) pour augmenter les revenus, la rentabilité et l'atteinte des quotas.

Le BDE doit être compétent pour comprendre et découvrir les besoins commerciaux spécifiques via un processus méthodique de découverte des ventes.

De plus,





ils doivent être capables de démontrer leur réussite dans la vente de solutions intégrées à des cadres supérieurs.

Responsabilités clés: Capacité à évaluer et à identifier les flux de travail d'information et les exigences d'accès actuels et potentiels, en déterminant les opportunités de candidature.







Un accent particulier est mis sur la maximisation des opportunités issues des décisions politiques visant à passer au « sans papier » sur le lieu d'intervention.

Capacité à positionner l'ensemble des offres de solutions d'Iron Mountain, en mettant en évidence les points forts et les avantages concurrentiels.

Responsable de découvrir des pistes auprès de la clientèle d'Iron Mountain et de conclure des opportunités, y compris la cartographie des solutions et les négociations finales.

Responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre de plans d'affaires stratégiques pour la gestion de grandes solutions complexes dans un environnement multi-solutions.

Responsable de l'aménagement et du développement du territoire.

Les stratégies doivent inclure toutes les facettes de la pénétration des comptes.







Responsable de la planification des opportunités et des réponses aux appels d'offres, soutenu par la gestion des offres, des experts fonctionnels et la gestion des revenus. Y compris l'élaboration d'analyses de rentabilisation des clients en faveur du changement.

Responsable de diriger des réunions où une expertise en matière d'application est requise.

Responsable du cadrage, de la tarification, de la création de propositions et d'énoncés de travail et de la présentation.

Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des offres d'Iron Mountain (existantes et futures), des technologies, des concurrents, des tendances du secteur et des meilleures pratiques.






Développer et présenter des présentations de haut niveau.

Servir de « voix du client » au sein des équipes de développement de gestion de produits et de marketing de produits.

Connaissances fonctionnelles, aptitudes et compétences: Le candidat idéal aura au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente directe dans la vente de solutions intégrées spécifiées, de gestion des dossiers, de gestion de documents, de flux de travail, de processus commerciaux et/ou de services d'imagerie.

De plus, les candidats doivent avoir: Solide expérience et expérience avérée de la gestion des opportunités stratégiques, des processus de vente et de la vente de solutions
La capacité de développer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients
Maîtrise de la rédaction d'appels d'offres,

This position will be responsible for driving net new Integrated Solutions sales across our Records Management,





Digital Solutions, Information Management, Information Governance, and Data Management service portfolios.

The primarily focus will be on selling net new revenue into a mix of both existing assigned accounts and new customers, through prospecting (externally), networking (internally and leveraging Sales Channel) to increase revenue, profitability and quota attainment.

The BDE should be skilled in understanding and uncovering specific business needs via a methodical sales discovery process.

In addition, they must be able to demonstrate success in selling integrated solutions to senior level executives.

Key Responsibilities: Ability to assess and identify current and potential information workflow and access requirements, determining application opportunities.

Specific focus on maximizing opportunities from policy decision to go ‘ paperless' at the point of care.

Ability to position Iron Mountain's total solution offerings, highlighting areas of strength and competitive advantages.

Responsible for uncovering leads from Iron Mountain's customer base and bringing opportunities to close, including solution mapping and final negotiations.

Responsible for development and implementation of strategic business plans for managing large complex solutions in a multi-solution environment.

Responsible for territory planning and development.

Strategies should include all facets of account penetration.

Responsible for leading opportunity planning and tender responses, supported by bid management, functional experts and revenue management.

Including the development of client business cases for change.

Exceed assigned pipeline and quota achievement.

Responsible for leading meetings where application subject matter expertise is required.

Responsible for scoping, pricing, creating proposals and statements of work and presenting.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Iron Mountain's offerings (existing and future), technologies, competitors, industry trends and best practices.

Developing and presenting high-level presentations.

Serving as a “voice of the customer” on the Product Management and Product Marketing development teams.

Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies: The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of direct sales experience selling specified integrated solutions, records management, document management, workflow, business process and/or imaging services.

In addition, candidates must have: Strong background and proven experience of strategic opportunity management, sales process and solution selling
The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements
Proficient at tender writing, business case development and proposal generation
Collaborative team player capable of leading functional opportunity teams
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills
Ability to influence and negotiate
Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company
Ability to team effectively at all levels of Iron Mountain and customer personnel (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues
Business Expertise: Strong business acumen
Experience successfully selling solutions
Experience in large matrix sales organization
Understanding of strategic selling methodologies
Ability to solve complex customer problems with limited supervision
Teaming and collaboration for revenue results.

Proactively work with sales teams and internal and external customers at all levels.
