Sr.

Specialist, Product Operations
Overview: Mastercard's Services team is responsible for safeguarding trust in payments, both now and in the future.

We ensure that transactions and interactions are safe, simple and smart.

The Card & Payment Ecosystem Security organization within Services is responsible for developing and managing cybersecurity solutions that help build trust in the Mastercard ecosystem while increasing Mastercard's posture as a leader in the cybersecurity industry.

About the Role: Mastercard is using global threat intelligence to secure today's digital economy – in the payments ecosystem and beyond.

The Sr.

Business Specialist in Payment Threat Intelligence will develop and implement scalable operating models for evolving products, monitor operational performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-informed business decisions and product improvements.







This role will report to the Vice President of Payment Threat Intelligence and work closely with the regional product management directors.

Role & Responsibilities
• Support the production of data driven customer-facing products and services, including reports and technical direction used to drive business decisions.
• Create and manage organizational systems to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and readily available.
• Perform routine tasks essential for the effective operation of the product.
• Work with product and sales teams on relevant customer-facing materials that explain cyber threat intelligence product value propositions.
• Be responsible for the measurement of business data objectives, KPIs,





and metrics to enable market aligned prioritization of product objectives.
• Produce regularly cadenced feedback reports for internal stakeholders and ensure account managers are up to date with the latest product intelligence enhancements, features, and trends.

• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power

Point skills
• Organized and efficient, you like systems that keep data accessible and accurate
• Strong communication skills and value being ahead of the curve and anticipating needs
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye and an exceptional attention to detail.
• Extensive experience contributing to management of product or project budgets/P&Ls; or new business cases (e.g., compiling estimates, developing bottom line numbers) and demonstrated knowledge of cost drivers






Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
