We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data and improving financial processes to support strategic decision-making. Your role will be vital in helping our team deliver exceptional service to our clients and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and assist in creating detailed reports to support business decisions
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to identify business needs and process improvements
- Develop and document business requirements and functional specifications with guidance
- Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support the development and implementation of financial systems and software
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency
- Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline and automate financial processes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis (coursework or internships preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
