Develop and implement overall sales strategy in Eastern Canada
Build and manage a strong direct sales team

What is Required (Qualifications):
University/Bachelor's degree or DEC
7+ years of sales experience
2 years of management experience overseeing a sales team
Excellent communication skills
Experience with go-to-market strategies and selling channels
Experience in dental or medical device sales management

Track record of meeting sales objectives for a dynamic company
Negotiating and contracting experience with key customers and distributors
