- Deliver global programs, focusing on implementation and adoption in Canada and USA, while ensuring learning is aligned to our global standards
- Execute on continuous improvements for existing training programs with a focus on Leadership Development Programs such as adapting learning goals, methods and contents based on feedback from participants, trainers, or managers as well as based on changes in respective subject areas (e.g., generations in the workplace, etc.)
- Execute regional program customizations and contribute to global version control of course materials for Leadership Development Programs of all levels
- Support the Program Manager, L&D; to administer training delivery of learning programs in Canada / USA and globally,
including contracting, facilitator support, and participant management to meet Magna’s business needs
- Track and report on learning outcomes to demonstrate impact of programs to the business
