What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage all accounting and financial systems, providing training and support to team members
2. Conduct analyses of data and financial systems processes, making recommendations for enhancements

Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the finance area
4. Oversee banking activities and ensure timely statutory tax payments
5. Support the integration of new acquisitions and transition financial tasks to the Finance Team

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Attained a Business/Finance degree (e.g., BBA, BComm) with relevant further study/designations preferred (e.g., MBA, CPA)
2. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance systems and/or treasury functions
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders
5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is an asset
2. Practical knowledge of IFRS is an asset
