The Role This is an 8 months contract.
Responsibilities Provide highly specialized technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, configuration and support of cost effective, online HR management and decision support systems.
Proven experience leading the design, development, configuration, and implementation of HR processes within SuccessFactors.
Resolve complex business problems and work under tight deadlines, conflicting priorities, and changing project requirements.
Manage multiple small projects, participate in and/or manage specific sections of large projects,
and provide ongoing support to all assigned units worldwide (utilizing Agile methodologies where applicable).
Devise or modify procedures to solve complex business problems, including analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into systems requirement specifications.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
Independently resolve complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs by applying HR and technological knowledge.
Manage multiple small HR technology projects and/or specific sections of large projects.
Participate in the SuccessFactors systems implementation process by interpreting business requirements into technical specifications.
Participate in the review of Quality Assurance (QA) test strategies for assigned projects/initiatives.
Review and analyze business requirements and create systems requirements for development partners and impacted vendors.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
1-3 years combined SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience.
SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification.
Knowledge of Talent process to oversee day-to-day activities.
Working knowledge of HR business processes.
Expertise in Microsoft suite.
Creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills.
Proven interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of current IT practices, systems development techniques, and testing methodologies.
