What you’ll do Support agile innovative infrastructure solutions/Infrastructure management solutions that take advantage of cloud technology to allow cost optimization and standardization.
Manage the OS, Load balancers, and Web server related issues and configuration.
Manage the repave or patching activity seamlessly with the help of IaC automation.






Collaborate with the team to build and manage Cloud IaC (Infrastructure as Code) standards and implementation.
Work closely with geographically distributed teams on technical challenges and process improvements.
Provide on-call support.
Take control of the deliverables and lead the entire team.
What you bring to the role Proficient in AWS or GCP Cloud.
Strong Windows Administration and tuning skills.
Hands-on experience with Performance Tuning, OS Patching, IIS Webserver support, Active Directory Management, Users and Group Management, DNS/NS Management, and SSL Certificate Management.
Knowledge of protocols such as DNS, LDAP, and SMTP.
Expert in PowerShell and/or Python scripting.
Knowledge in Globalscape or similar FTP tools.
Nice to have knowledge in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
Knowledge in observability tools such as Elastic.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Halifax, NS. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.
