Position Overview:
As an HR Officer at Montra Interactive, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our employees’ growth and development. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. We are looking for candidates at all experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals, who are passionate about human resources and eager to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires,





ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared to succeed in their roles.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee needs effectively.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Support managers in identifying training and development opportunities for their teams.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.






- Policy Development and Compliance: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Participate in workforce planning and talent management initiatives to support the company’s growth.
- Project Management: Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Utilize project management skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes.

Qualifications:

- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,





or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Experience: We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level HR professionals. Relevant HR experience is an asset.
- Personality Traits: We are looking for independent and confident individuals who can take initiative and work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong project management and strategic planning skills are essential. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
