Position Overview:






As a Sales Associate at the District of Kent, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.

- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, contributing ideas for process improvements and innovative sales techniques.

- Training and Mentorship: For senior-level candidates, provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.

Qualifications:

- Experience: We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience,





from entry-level to senior-level positions. Relevant experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
