About the Role:
As an HR Officer at ClubLink,





you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions and initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. We are looking for candidates at various experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level positions, who are eager to contribute to our HR strategies and enhance our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee issues and promoting open communication.
- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.





Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and career development initiatives.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in the design and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal requirements.
- HR Analytics: Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and best practices in HR management.
- Strategic Planning:





Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify HR priorities and initiatives that support organizational growth.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level professionals. Relevant HR experience is an asset but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is a plus for senior-level candidates.
- Personality Traits: We seek individuals who are adaptable and motivated, with a passion for human resources and a desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture.






- Soft Skills: Strong planning and strategic planning skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to think critically, solve problems, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
