Position Overview:






As a Customer Care Manager at Lindsay Construction, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding construction services while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding our services and projects.
- Collaborate with various departments, including project management, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.






- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, using insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in customer service and relationship management.
- Prepare and present reports on customer care metrics, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure our customer care strategies remain competitive and effective.
- Participate in the development of customer care policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service or customer care management, with a strong understanding of the construction industry preferred.
- A confident and resilient personality,





capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong cooperation and teamwork skills, fostering a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
