TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

Sous la supervision de l’acheteur principal, le rôle du gestionnaire du magasin est de s’assurer que tous les départements aient le matériel nécessaire pour chaque projet.

· Coordonner le suivi quotidien des articles à commander ainsi que les réquisitions vers les achats ou la production (ouvrir les M-JOBS) pour s’assurer de la disponibilité des stocks (min-max et KANBAN)

· Suivre quotidiennement les listes de matériaux (B.O.M.) dès réception, compléter les ajustements d’inventaire dans le système ERP et aviser le département des achats de tout matériel requis pour compléter les niveaux d’inventaires ;

· Planifier, préparer et récupérer la préparation des pièces pour chaque commande de client comme spécifié par la liste de matériaux (BOM) et entrer les informations dans le système ERP;

· Mettre à jour le tableau pour assurer un meilleur suivi des marchandises pour la production;

· S’assurer que les articles reçus sont stockés dans les bons emplacements, assigné au bon ‘’job bin’’ ou distribué aux départements désignés,





gérer la réception des pièces d’inventaire manufacturés à l’interne (M-JOBS)

· Gérer les retours (ex. : pièces défectueuses, mauvaises ou obsolètes) avec les départements des achats, expédition et réception.

· Veiller à ce qu’il y ait une personne présente à la porte du magasin pour répondre aux demandes de matériels en tout temps;

· S’assurer d’entrer toutes les transactions d’inventaire et mettre à jour l’information dans le système ERP;

· Rapporter sur les niveaux de stocks et informer les achats de tout problème;

· Revoir l’organisation du KANBAN et faire des recommandations sur l’organisation physique de l’inventaire lorsque nécessaire;

· Participer à l’inventaire physique annuel,





proposer et participer dans l’inventaire périodique partiel et réconcilier l’information dans le système de gestion de la compagnie (ERP);

· Proposer aux achats et autres départements concernés les ajustements nécessaires de la gestion d’inventaire (liste de pièces ou articles, quantités, structure physique, etc.), mettre en œuvre les changements décidés et faire le suivi;

· S’assurer que le magasin est toujours propre;

· Coordonner, former, assister et superviser l’équipe du magasin et toutes autres tâches connexes;

EXIGENCES ET COMPÉTENCES

· DEC ou tout autre diplôme équivalent;

· 3 à 5 années d’expérience comme gestionnaire du magasin;

· Connaissances de Microsoft (Outlook et Excel) et les systèmes ERP, Genius un atout;







· Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de gestion du temps;

· Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit);

· Leadership, esprit d’équipe, compétences en résolution de problèmes et proactif.

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Buyer, the Stockroom Manager will ensure that all departments have all the required materials for each project.

· Coordinate the daily monitoring of needed replenishment of stock items and requisitions to purchasing or production floor (open production M-JOBS) to ensure the correct availability of stock (examples: min – max & KANBAN management);

· Monitor the material requisition sheets (B.O.M.) as soon as received,





complete the inventory adjustments in the ERP system, and notify the purchasing department of any materials required to complete the inventory levels

· Plan, prepare, and pick the parts for each job as required by the material requisition sheet (BOM) and enter related information in the ERP system

· Update the job board to ensure better tracking of the goods for production;

· Make sure that the goods received are stored in the proper stockroom locations, assigned to the proper job bin or distributed to the designated departments, manage the receiving of in-house manufactured inventory parts (M-JOBS)

· Manage the returns (e.g. defective, wrong, obsolete parts, etc.) with purchasing, receiving, and shipping departments







· Ensure someone is present at the stock room door to answer the material requests in a timely manner;

· Ensure entry of all inventory transactions and the updating of information in the ERP;

· Report on inventory levels and inform purchasing of any issues;

· Review the organization of KANBAN inventories and make recommendations on the physical organization of the inventory when necessary;

· Participate in the annual inventory count, propose and take part in the periodic partial inventory counts, and reconcile inventory information in the company management system (ERP);

· Propose to purchasing and other related departments necessary adjustments of inventory management (list of parts or items, quantities, physical structure, etc.), implement the decided changes, and monitor them;

· Ensure the stock room is clean at all times

· Coordinate, train, assist, and monitor stockroom team and other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

· College Diploma, or equivalent;

· 3 to 5 years of experience in a Stockroom management;

· Knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook & Excel), and ERP systems, Genius an asset;

· Excellent organization skills and time management;

· Fluent in French and English (written and spoken);

· Leadership, team oriented, problem solving skills and proactive thinking.
