About the Role:
As an Account Manager at Lsb Industries, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships,





ensuring that we meet their needs while driving business growth. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from developing strategic account plans to executing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, proactively proposing new products and services to clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.






- Prepare and present reports on account performance, including metrics related to sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent Lsb Industries and expand your professional network.

Key Requirements:

- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory for all levels of experience.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service is an asset, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn.

- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions.
