Position Overview:
As an HR Officer at Fusion Security, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with our company values. This position is suitable for candidates at all experience levels, from entry-level to senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.





Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating open communication between staff and management. Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by assisting managers in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Encourage continuous learning and professional development.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.





Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making processes.
- Health and Safety: Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in the development of safety training programs and initiatives.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Support initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Encourage a culture that values different perspectives and backgrounds.

Requirements:

- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Experience:





Relevant experience in HR or related fields is an asset. We welcome applications from candidates at all levels, from entry-level to senior professionals.
- Personality Traits: We are looking for confident and independent individuals who can take initiative and work autonomously while also being effective team players.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork and people management skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and build relationships with employees at all levels is crucial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis is a plus.
