Tasks
1. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
2. Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
3. Plan and organize daily operations
4. Recruit staff

6. Train staff
7. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
8. Cost products and services
9. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
10. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
11. Address customers' complaints or concerns
12. Provide customer service
13. Manage events
14. Supervise 5-10 people
