Title: Senior Software Developer - DCSB Cloud Migration
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Pay range C$650 - 700/Day
Work Type: Hybrid, 7.25 hours - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding breaks)

Job Description:
Are you a skilled Senior Software Developer with a passion for cloud migration and modernization? We're seeking a talented Senior Software Developer to join our team and help transform our business applications. As a Senior Software Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in migrating five Microsoft Dynamics high-sensitivity business-critical applications from on-premise to Azure Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Provide application development to complete a like-for-like migration of Microsoft Dynamics applications from version 8.2 to 9.2 on Azure Cloud.
- Perform data migration required for the applications.
- Configure and secure the Azure hosting environment to support high-sensitivity business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with the architecture team to develop architectural artifacts for OPS Gating.
- Work with Cyber Security to complete threat risk assessments.
- Assist with load testing, penetration testing, and AODA compliance testing.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics development skills and experience
- Extensive experience migrating applications and data from on-premise Dynamics to Cloud
- Hands-on experience in securing applications in Azure Cloud
- Experience working in Agile methodology
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies, including optimization, security, access control, availability, and integrity of the environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams
- Knowledge transfer skills to share expertise with internal staff
