Our valued client is looking for a Snr SharePoint Architect to support the transformation of an internal communication and collaboration platform.
Responsibilities :
- Assess current intranet infrastructure and content.
- Design and produce a SharePoint architecture and infrastructure.
- Customize SharePoint environment based on wireframes and information architecture.
- Migrate content and data from current system to SharePoint.
- Develop site design and branding.
- Ensure SharePoint customization reflects organizational identity and requirements.
- Establish communication framework and channels to meet the Communications Group business requirement.
- Implement effective search engine.
- Identify key content for migration or update.
- Facilitate employee engagement through feedback mechanisms imbedded in the SharePoint pages.
- Form content-expert working group to create and / or review content.
- Conduct user testing.
- Develop training materials and provide user support to facilitate knowledge transfer to employees.
- Establish plan for ongoing maintenance and updates.
Must Have Skills :
- 5+ years experience as a SharePoint Architect
