Job Duties :
Reporting : franchise royalties, SEO income, expenses, month end to send to the accountant, franchise monthly sales reports, standings of the top 10 results of franchise groups
Accounts payable and Receivable
Track / Record sick days
Arrange materials for new locations.
Arrange franchise meetings and annual awards meeting.
Answer phone calls (answer customer questions or transfer to the correct person)
