Full job description
Kelowna Truck & RV, part of the Steve Marshall Group, which operates New, Used and RV Dealerships throughout British Columbia and the US. A multiple award-winning company with more than 300 employees, is looking to hire a Full Time Service Advisor.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly professional manner
Accurately document customers information and vehicle issues in the service system
Work closely with service technicians to schedule and prioritize repairs
Provide estimates and quotes for RV repairs and services
Communicate with customers about the status of their repairs and any additional recommendations
Ensure all warranty work is properly documented professionally and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Strive to provide excellent customer service and promote repeat business
Requirements:
Experience in a service advisor position is preferred but not required
Basic RV knowledge is preferred but not required
Keen eye for detail and excellent follow-up and through skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Wage:
$65,000 to $70,000 (based on experience) + commission
Schedule:
Includes Saturday
