We are a local small business looking to Hire the right person to Fill the role of Shop Foreman/Assistant Manager.
We work on Medium & Heavy Duty Trucks and Trailers as well as the larger size pick up trucks and utility trailers.
We offer a variety of services to our customers and like to ensure there is a positive relationship with our clients at all times,
The Shop Foreman would be responsible for guiding the work flow through the shop by dispatching the various jobs to the technicians you are supervising. You would be working alongside the other technicians assisting them to ensure the work is completed properly and well. As well you would be responsible for ensuring that shop goal efficiency is met.
You would also be engaging with the customers and answering any detailed questions they have about the work being done on their vehicles.

Overtime may. be required from time to time when deadlines are tight.
You must hold a current 310T or 310S Technician License as well as 5 yrs of work experience in a shop environment.
