about this role







lululemon's Global Employer Brand and Talent Marketing team messages and markets the entirety of the lululemon employment experience to attract, engage and develop talent. As the Employer Brand Content Lead (Graphic Designer & Content Creator) you will be responsible for creating content, building engaging (digital) experiences, and designing internal and external facing design collateral. We're searching for someone who is collaborative and cares deeply about branding design, social media, and website design (incl. UX), and has strong creative and technical skills, who can handle multiple cross-functional projects at once - seeing projects from ideation through to completion. You will report to the Manager, Global Employer Brand & Talent Marketing.

a day in the life

- Develop and execute innovative creative design concepts for all employer brand and recruitment campaigns.
- Manage and oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring (employer) brand consistency.






- Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for various platforms including social media, websites, events (i.e. collateral and swag) and print media.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to bring new brand marketing experiences to life (and improve existing ones).
- Be the project manager of all content and creative work. This includes management of project briefs, awareness of project specs, deadlines, files, etc.
- Consistently search for new opportunities to elevate our employer brand by reviewing competitors, understanding industry best practices and nurturing partnerships, both internal and externally.
- Refine, deploy and build advocacy for our employer brand practice throughout the entire employee life cycle.






- You're a visual storyteller who generates ideas, presents to large and diverse audiences and executes the outcome.
- Ensure IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action) talent attraction goals are met in partnership with Talent Acquisition Leaders.

qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience as a graphic designer and content creator (incl. managing video/photoshoots)
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in (employer) brand development, social media content, and web design.
- You've expertise in design software and across social media platforms (incl. advertising), digital content creation and project management tools.
- You've creativity with a talent for developing meaningful employment messaging content and design to push out to talent communities online and offline.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 to $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
