We are looking to add a Full time Receptionist to the team!
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
o Answering incoming calls and transfer to proper employee or department
o Take messages and ensure proper employee gets it in a timely manner
o Welcome customers into the showroom, and ensure they meet with proper department
o Handling incoming and outgoing mail
o Emails, copies, faxes, printing as some tasks required
o Ordering dealership supplies as needed
o Overseeing service file room-both for up-to-date filing and accuracy for continual audits
o Overseeing greeting flow and reporting to sales team of results, via spreadsheet reported every morning for the previous day.
o Assist with any tasks that are given by Sales Manager.
