About the Role:
As a Sales Associate at Tyson Liquor Store,
you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Support: Actively promote and sell our products, ensuring that customers are informed about current promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal offerings.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure product availability.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. This includes maintaining product displays, cleaning shelves,
and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments while providing receipts and change as necessary.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to management to help improve our services and product offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive work environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Adaptability: Be open to taking on various roles and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: We welcome candidates from entry-level to senior-level positions.
Previous experience in retail or sales is an asset but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Personality Traits: We are looking for adaptable and hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
