About the Role
As an Operations Manager at Toronto Global, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations.
You will be responsible for overseeing various operational processes, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity. Your contributions will be essential in driving our mission forward and supporting our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Participate in long-term planning initiatives to drive growth and sustainability.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
to measure operational success. Regularly analyze performance data and prepare reports to present to management.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of operational budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: We welcome candidates with a range of experience, from entry-level to senior-level positions. Relevant experience in operations management or a related field is preferred.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related discipline is an asset.
