Position Overview:
As an HR Officer at Back In Motion Rehab,





you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. We are looking for candidates at all levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level professionals, who are passionate about human resources and committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires. Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Performance Management:





Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees. Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion efforts, and organizational development strategies.





Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain HR databases and generate reports on key HR metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions that support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Experience: We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level professionals. Relevant HR experience is an asset.
- Personality Traits: We are looking for driven and confident individuals who are passionate about human resources and committed to making a positive impact within the organization.






- Soft Skills: Strong decision-making abilities and project management skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
