Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Associate at Greenskeeper Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

2. Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and our company website.





Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

3. Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.

4. Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

5. Client Engagement: Support client engagement initiatives by developing marketing materials and presentations. Participate in client meetings and assist in building strong relationships with stakeholders.

6. Brand Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of our brand identity.





Ensure that all marketing materials align with our brand guidelines and values.

7. Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and conferences. Coordinate logistics and promote events to maximize attendance and engagement.

8. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and traits:

- Experience: We welcome applications from candidates at various experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals. Relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

- Education:





A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is an asset.

- Personality Traits: We are looking for adaptable and confident individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment. Your ability to embrace change and take initiative will be key to your success.

- Soft Skills: Strong project management and negotiation skills are essential. You should be able to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also crucial for collaborating with team members and clients.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software is a plus.





Familiarity with graphic design software is an advantage.
