About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Co-op, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving our marketing strategies.
This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities that will vary based on your level of experience, from entry-level to senior-level roles. Your contributions will help us connect with our customers, enhance our brand visibility, and ultimately drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Co-op’s business objectives and target audience.
- Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts,
and email newsletters, that resonates with our audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Co-op remains competitive in the market.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers to enhance our marketing efforts and expand our reach.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and tools. We welcome candidates from entry-level to senior-level experience.
- A confident and adaptable personality, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative in driving projects forward.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
