As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Armour Insurance,





you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring that we attract top talent to meet our business needs. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at identifying, engaging, and securing the best candidates for our organization. Whether you are an entry-level professional eager to start your career in talent acquisition or a seasoned expert looking to take on new challenges, we welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

2. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively to provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring that candidates feel valued and informed.

3. Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.





Collaborate with hiring managers to develop assessment criteria and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

4. Job Posting and Marketing: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants. Leverage employer branding strategies to promote Armour Insurance as an employer of choice.

5. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.

6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process.

Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Collaborate with HR to facilitate training and orientation programs.

8. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Propose innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our recruitment processes and improve candidate engagement.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: We welcome candidates from entry-level to senior-level positions. Relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is an asset but not mandatory for entry-level roles.

- Personality Traits:





We are looking for resilient and resourceful individuals who can navigate challenges and adapt to changing circumstances. Your ability to think creatively and problem-solve will be essential in this role.

- Soft Skills: Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring a thorough and accurate recruitment process. Strong cooperation skills will enable you to work effectively with colleagues and candidates alike, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with candidates and collaborating with team members. You should be able to articulate our company values and culture effectively.

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates is preferred. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
